The Jelqing Technique
The Jelq technique seems to be the first penis enlargement exercise everyone does when they’re new to doing penis exercises. You can sit down or stand up to do this technique. Create an “OK” shape with your index finger and thumb. Make sure your penis is somewhat erect and slide your penis through the “O” in your “OK” shaped hand. Make sure you’re firmly at the base of the penis. Now with medium pressure slide your hand down your penis in a slow motion. Once the first hand is down at the end of the penis, get your other hand ready to repeat the same process as the last hand. Basically, go back and forth between each hand. Do it about 8 times for each hand.
The Jelqing technique will force the cells in your penis to hold more blood, which creates a bigger penis.
